Website Policy
This Privacy Policy governs how SADU collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users of the www.sadudesigns.com website. This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by SADU.
- Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed by the laws of Egypt.
- Egypt is our country of domicile.
Sale Policy
- As handmade products, slight differences should be considered for each product.
- All custom-made metal products take about 30 business days to get delivered to you.
- All products will be delivered within 14 business days.
- Our courier will contact you before the delivery of your package in a timely fashion.
- In the case of cash on delivery option, for orders above 10k EGP, at least 50% of the order amount should be sent as a deposit to order confirmation. One of Sadu team members will contact you to arrange.
- Customized Items Payment and Cancellation Policy:
- For all customized items, a deposit of 50% of the item price is required at the time of order placement.
- In the event of order cancellation before delivery, 15% of the total item price will be deducted as a cancellation fee from the deposit. The remaining balance of the deposit will be refunded.
Return Policy
Sadu accepts returns and exchanges upon manufacturing defects only within 14 days of receiving the order, as long as it is in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact, noting that the client will be charged for all return shipping fees unless the item was received damaged.
There are a few certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns:
- The product was customized upon client's request and made upon his approval on materials and design.
- Return request is made outside the specified time frame, of 14 days from delivery, or 30 days for defective items.
- Product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
- Any consumable item that has been used or installed, lampshades for example.
- Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, and accessories.
- After 7 days of placing your order, you cannot amend or cancel the order.
Refund & cancellation policy
- Order Cancellation and Delivery Fees Policy:
- Orders can be canceled without any charges as long as they have not been dispatched for delivery.
- If the order has already gone out for delivery, the client will be responsible for covering the delivery fees, even if the order is canceled.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
- A 3% handling fee applies on canceled orders made through a credit card.
- Please note that if the returned products does not match the conditions above, it will be rejected.

In any case, the return request must be executed within 14 days after delivery. Some products have an extended return/exchange policy that can go up to 30 days.
